The operating unit shall provide pre- shooting consulting services and guide the user to prepare relevant materials; The user shall prepare the "shooting storyboard" three working days before the shooting discussion meeting and send it to the coordinating personnel of the operation unit for consolidation.

The operating unit shall hold a shooting discussion meeting and invite the user to attend to confirm the shooting storyboard and the takes, angles, number of seconds, makeup, clothing, accessories, props, motions, etc. presented via volumetric capture technology. The matters proposed at the meeting shall be recorded for the follow-up adjustment by the user; if the user fails to make an adjustment according to the suggestions from the meeting, thus resulting in poor quality of the dynamic 3D model or failure to achieve the expected shooting results, the user shall be responsible for it without involving the Agency or the operating unit.

After the shooting discussion meeting is completed, the operating unit shall arrange the test shooting time, and the user shall adjust the content according to the test shooting results.

After the test shooting is completed, the operating unit shall arrange the official shooting time. After the official shooting is completed, the user shall immediately confirm to the operating unit the shooting takes needed to be produced for the dynamic 3D models. If it is impossible to confirm with the operating unit immediately due to special circumstances, the user shall confirm with the operating unit at least 1 working day before the model processing and output in Item 5 of this article.

The operation unit shall executes model computing according to the shooting takes confirmed by the user, and output the dynamic 3D models.

The operating unit shall notify the user to fetch the model files in the virtual studio and sign on the "Dynamic 3D Model File Receipt".
